When I was a little boy, my mother would make homemade bread. If she had some dough left over, she would roll it out and place it on a cookie sheet, topping it with olive oil, garlic, oregano, tomatoes, cheese and anchovies -my dads favorite. Soon the kitchen would be filled with the aroma of fresh baked pizza.The year was 1951, and my love affair with pizza making began.
That was 6 years before any pizza restaurant was in Waukesha. Over the years I have been making pizza for my family and friends every Friday night, and with their encouragement I now present to you an outstanding pizza in the Scrima family tradition. We do pizza right! Mangia! Mangia! Buon Appetito!

Located on the east side inside of Woodman's Market at 1600 E. Main Street. We are open daily from 11am to 7pm, Friday and Saturday from 10am - 7pm. Ready made pizzas are availavle 24 hours a day in our coolers.
